Return procedure

Returns must be made within two working days after delivery of the goods. To ensure a prompt and correct processing of your request, please follow these steps: 

1. Contact us at +32 9 362 31 71 to request a ‘return authorization’. You will receive a return form upon acceptance of your request. 
2. Fill out this return form completely and correctly and add it visible on the outside to the shipment. 
3. Goods are returned in their original packaging. 
4. Send the goods to Rf-Technologies, Lange Ambachtstraat 40, 9860 Oosterzele, Belgium. 
5. Rf-Technologies has the right to refuse goods that are no longer in their original state and/or as a consequence to decrease the amount of the credit note. 
6. Upon receipt, we will process your request and keep you informed of the status. 
7. The customer always bears the transport costs for the returned goods, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
   Caution: the risk of damage or loss of the goods is always borne by the customer.
